Description
All the apartments of Podere Simonetta are equipped with kitchen, bathroom, TV **. The guests of the Podere have at their disposal a private swimming pool (25x12) furnished with deckchairs, umbrellas, outdoor showers, open from mid-May to the end of September, located in a splendid open space overlooking the countryside until you see the sea on the horizon.
Departure times: The apartments must be vacated by 09:00 am.
Reservation valid only after the payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the price. Payment of the deposit, € 150 per apartment, and the tourist tax (€ 1 per person, excluding children under 14 years of age for a maximum of 10 days) on arrival.
